No Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.

Exception – Defective or Incorrect Items

A full refund will only be issued if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or
  • The wrong product was sent

In such cases, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, and provide clear proof (photos or videos) of the issue.

If the claim is approved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the product

Requests submitted without proper evidence may not be approved.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable items
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a product is defective and approved, a refund will be issued, and you may place a new order separately.
